In 2017 I began cold-calling for an agency. I learned everything I could to have more natural conversations and increase my conversions. I worked very hard for every client to generate leads and eventually learned how to do negotiations for real estate investors. However, while I was personally growing and so was my skills, I was one of many Filipinos in a large agency and felt like just a number. 

Cold-calling can be stressful, yet, it is a proven marketing strategy and still produces results. So having a supportive environment and great company culture makes a big difference in productivity, motivation, retention rate of employees, and the results these employees produce. 

I had a BIG dream to not only work in this environment but also to create this type of place. 

My opportunity came when I learned that several of the largest Filipino call centers laid off many employees due to the pandemic. I felt a responsibility to help my fellow Filipinos who have  proven themselves experts in their craft but had lost their jobs to the pandemic and could no longer provide for their families.  I was able to receive guidance and support from a private investor to give me the comfort and confidence to start building my dream.

In a short time, our administrative team has now grown to include employees in other developing parts of the world such as Nigeria, Bangladesh, Pakistan, the Caribbean, and Latin America.
